Token Toolbox – Stellar ICO/STO Platform

The Challenge

The blockchain space needed a comprehensive solution for launching Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) and Security Token Offerings (STOs) on the Stellar network. Existing solutions were fragmented, requiring multiple tools for token creation, wallet management, KYC verification, and marketplace functionality. Organizations needed a unified platform that could handle both testnet development and mainnet production deployments with enterprise-grade security. A critical requirement was multi-signature wallet security – not relying on a single private key that could be compromised, but implementing a distributed signing approach where multiple parties must authorize transactions.

Our Solution

We developed Token Toolbox as a complete ICO/STO framework built on the Stellar blockchain. The platform provides an admin panel for token creation and project management, supporting both test and mainnet environments. The wallet management system implements multi-signature security with support for hardware wallets like Ledger. Key features include comprehensive wallet operations: sending assets, adding/removing signers, merging accounts, trusting tokens, managing offers, buying assets, viewing offers, allowing trust, setting domains, inflation destination configuration, federation lookup, and data management. The platform includes user management, KYC verification workflows, referral program capabilities, and an integrated marketplace. We built the frontend with Vue.js, backend services with Node.js, used Firebase for real-time data and authentication, and integrated directly with the Stellar network APIs.

The Result

Token Toolbox became a production-ready platform for blockchain token offerings, successfully deployed and later acquired by Blocklink GmbH who continues to operate and enhance the platform. The multi-signature security model provides enterprise-grade protection for digital assets, while the comprehensive feature set eliminates the need for multiple disparate tools. The platform demonstrates our capability to work with cutting-edge blockchain technology while delivering practical, user-friendly solutions for complex financial operations.
